Today we ate a nutritious breakfast after a early wake-up call. After breakfast, we headed out for something that we call "a walk in their shoes." We walked around downtown Asheville and learned about the different areas and explored the side of Asheville that tourists don’t usually see. It was very enlightening. We then went back to the church to eat lunch. Afterward, we all hopped in our vehicles and rode over to Montreat, NC. There, we went rock hopping in a creek. (It was very slippery but very fun, and Collin got stuck in rocks.) After we finished rock hopping we got delicious ice cream and went shopping for souvenirs. After that we all loaded back up in the vans and went back to the church. We hung out for about an hour, then we walked over to the baseball stadium to watch an Asheville Tourists game. (They won, and if anyone is confused, for some reason their team name is the Tourists) After the game we all walked back to the church and talked about our great day.
