With the stewardship materials that you’ll receive on October 4, you’ll notice that the 2016 Time & Talent pledge looks a little different this year. The main changes are:
- Volunteer opportunities are organized by commitment level instead of topic, so you can have a better sense of how much time is involved.
- Notes have been added about when you can expect to be contacted to volunteer.
- When you sign up for a committee/ministry in myWPC, the leader of that group will get an email notification to help make a good first connection between volunteer and leader.
Your 2015 Time & Talent pledge has been cleared out from where it’s stored in myWPC, so be sure to complete your 2016 Time & Talent pledge along with your financial pledge. Whether you use the paper pledge form or fill it out in myWPC, it’s important for everyone to make a pledge of time and talent!
