Be part of the Westminster family tradition of Christmas caroling at the homes of some of the beloved members of our community. Meet in the WPC Parking Lot at 6pm on Tuesday, December 13. Carolers will return to Westminster afterward for fellowship with warm drinks and snacks in the Parlor.

Durham Interfaith Hospitality Network’s Executive Director Catherine Pleil will be speaking at 9:45am in Room 203 on Sunday, December 11. WPC is hosting IHN families during the first week of January and IHN is one of the recipients of this year’s Christmas Eve Offering. Come meet IHN’s director, ask questions, and learn about its important work in our community.
After the Children’s Christmas Pageant, come the the Fellowship Hall at 5pm for the Advent Potluck Dinner. Bring your favorite holiday dish to share – main dish, bread or rolls, salad, or dessert. Beverages will be provided.
Following the delicious meal, continue the evening of fun and fellowship with the Advent Sing-Along at 6pm. The Cleary family will emcee this time of joyful song. You won’t want to miss the "Partridge in a Pear Tree"!
Sunday School children ages 2-5 will sing at the 11am worship service on Sunday, Decemeber 18.
The children, teachers, and the Guitar Man will go directly to the 11am worship service from Sunday School on Sunday morning, December 18, and will sing at the beginning of the worship service. We will sing the following two songs in this order:
1. "Go Tell It on the Mountain" (music and lyrics)
2. "The Friendly Beasts" (music and lyrics)
Please make every effort to learn the music and words, and come prepared to sing these great Christmas songs with the Guitar Man on Sunday, December 18. The children have been singing very well in Sunday School, and I look forward to a beautiful program on December 18.
