As Westminster’s Business Manager, Sharon oversees church administration and operations, including accounting/finance, staff human resources, facilities, and technology.
Sharon received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Stetson University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She has worked extensively for startup software companies in operations and in technical support and training roles. Sharon grew up in south Florida, but recently moved to Durham to be near family after living in Los Angeles for more than 25 years. Her parents met in the church choir, and she was raised in the Presbyterian Church, with her father serving as both an elder and deacon. She has several Presbyterian minister relatives, as well, and is an ordained elder in the Presbyterian Church (USA). Sharon enjoys travel, cheering for the Miami Dolphins (somewhat unsuccessfully), attending concerts and theater, and reading.
