Calling sewers or anyone who would like to learn to sew! We will be making pillowcases for kids in the Pediatric ICU at Duke Children’s Hospital on Saturday, April 29, from 10am-4pm in Room 205. Use a pre-made kit for $7 each or bring your own fabric. We want lots of colorful kid-friendly fabrics to brighten up young patients’ stay in the PICU. With our kits you can make a pillowcase in 20 minutes or less. Bring your sewing machine if you have one. Sign up in myWPC.

Learn to Sew: We will teach sewing lessons to anyone who wants to learn to make these pillowcases. Whether you’ve never sewn before or just want a refresher, we will help you learn.
