myWPC FAQs

What is myWPC?
myWPC is a secure online tool for members to engage in the ministries and mission work of the church. It is available to active members.

How secure is my data?
The confidentiality of your data is our utmost priority. Only a limited amount of contact information is available online to registered users. You can adjust the privacy settings within your account at any time.

Our software provider is ACS Technologies, the largest developer of church management software in the industry.

When I update my contact information, will that change take place immediately?
No. When you edit your information, it creates a “Change Request” that the myWPC system administrator must approve.

Who can see my contact information in myWPC?
Only registered users have access to contact information via their password. No one else on the internet can see your information. Users MUST be in our database before they are given a password. Once you are logged in, you can control which contact information you share.

Can other users see the information in My Profile?
No. Only you and members of your immediate family can view your profile.

Can my spouse and I have separate myWPC accounts if we share the same email address?
Yes. Your user account is based on your individual record in the database, so it is possible to have two different accounts that use the same email address.
