Pastor Nominating Committee 

The Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC) is charged with recommending to the congregation the person to be called as the next senior pastor/head of staff for Westminster. 

Since its initial meeting in September 2007 the PNC has: 

• Examined in detail the Congregational Self-Study
• Completed the Church Information Form (CIF)
• Posted the CIF with the denominational office in Louisville
• Received Personal Information Forms (PIFs) from several dozen candidates
• Reviewed  PIFs
• Narrowed the field of potential pastors
• Started face-to-face interviews

The PNC will continue to report periodically to the congregation during the worship service and via the church newsletter.
