Westminster Presbyterian Church in Durham, NC, has an immediate need for a temporary, part-time staff accountant. This person will track contributions, pay and record bills, generate statements, and do general record keeping for a mid-sized church. The position is 12-15 hours per week, with occasional increases due to the church schedule.
Interested candidates must have a high school diploma with minimum 2-year degree in Business or related field, or 4-year degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance; and an understanding of legal, financial, and accounting needs.
