34. I would like to be more involved with WPC mission projects including IHN, Habitat, and Deacon Work days. They provide wonderful opportunities for service and fellowship with other members of the church. I would also like to see Family Retreat weekend programs (in addition to camping at Pres Point) from time to time.
35. I have served at WPC, thankfully and blessed by the experiences, in the following opportunities: Deacon, Elder, Pulpit Nominating Committee, Sanctuary Building Committee, Chairman of Christian Education Committee, Chairman of Stewardship Committee and Sunday School Teacher. Now in my senior years, my faith is deepened every time I see young worshipers stepping up to serve by giving of their time, talents and monies. They, like me, will receive much more than they give. Faith builds on those pillars.
