The Session of Westminster Presbyterian Church (WPC) convened for a called meeting at 10:00AM on 12 June 2005 in room 105 of the WPC Mission Center. The meeting was
called to order by Moderator, H. Holderness, and was opened with a prayer by the Moderator.
Associate Pastors B. Berghaus and P. Ransford were present.
Elders B. Chesnut, D. Lanier, M. Pickard, N. Gaddis, B. Nicoll, M.T. Peters, D. Wellemeyer and Susan Landis were present.
Elders B. Derr, D. Elvers, C. Haynes, G. Green and F. Anton and Clerk D.Derr were absent and excused.
WPC staff member N. Rozak was present.
WPC Elder M. Pickard was acting Clerk of Session for this meeting.
The Moderator declared a quorum present.
EXAMINATION AND RECEPTION OF NEW MEMBERS:
Motion: A motion receiving the following Inquirers as members of WPC by the pertinent procedures prescribed in the Book of Order was made, seconded and approved:

The Session’s current business, having been completed, the Moderator declared the meeting adjourned and it was closed with a prayer of thanksgiving by H. Holderness at 10:45AM.
