The Congregation of Westminster Presbyterian Church ("WPC") convened for a called meeting on 11 June 2006 in the WPC Sanctuary at the beginning of the 11:00 worship service. Moderator H.Holderness called the meeting to order, declared a quorum present, appointed D.Derr to serve as clerk and opened it with prayer.

The Moderator explained the purpose of the meeting was to vote on the motion printed in the bulletin to dissolve the relationship between him and WPC.

Motion: A motion to concur with Haywood Holderness’ request to dissolve the relationship between him and Westminster Presbyterian Church of Durham, North Carolina on June 30, 2006 was made, seconded and approved.

The business for which the meeting had been called having been completed, the Moderator adjourned the meeting at 11:05 a.m., and the regular order of worship resumed.
