Report from the Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC)

January 2008 

The PNC has completed the Church Information Form (CIF).  The CIF is a document that describes the congregation, programs, and ministries at Westminster and also the characteristics, talents and experiences we are looking for in our next senior pastor. 

The CIF has been approved by your Session and by the Committee on Ministry for New Hope Presbytery, and has been posted with the denominational office in Louisville.  We have begun to receive information about candidates (several dozen so far) whose gifts, talents, and interests match our needs. 

 This is also the phase where members of the congregation and other friends of Westminster can bring to the attention of the PNC the names of pastors they would like the committee to consider.  You can make suggestions to the committee by email at bill.bartholomay@gmail.com, by phoning or mailing any member of the PNC, or by sealing your suggestion in an envelope and placing it in the PNC box in the church office.
