“Amazing Gift”

Recently an anonymous member of Westminster offered
the church a special gift, which has come to be known as
the 2008 Challenge Gift. This member offered to match
any additional gifts up to $25,000 which are over and above
your 2007 and 2008 pledges. This means that any of our
“over and above” gifts will make a double impact on our
2008 Operating Budget.

It is a delight to report that thus far we have received
slightly over half of the challenge figure, and donations
are still coming in. The result is that WPC can continue
to be the giving church that it is in support of local and
global missions and all of the programs that are so important
to all of us.

You may still make a contribution to this challenge gift by
writing a check marked “Challenge Gift” and putting it in
the offering plate or mailing to Barbara Fletcher in the
church office.
