Habitat Presbyterian Church Build             June 23, 2007

 

As one of seven Presbyterian churches jointly  sponsoring a Habitat house, WPC has met its goal of $10,000.  A BIG, BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HAVE MADE THIS POSSIBLE.  For those that pledged and have not sent in the money to Barbara Fletcher (489-4974), please do so by July 1.  WPC needs to turn over the money to Habitat in July; construction will start Saturday, July 28.  More information about volunteer sign-ups to work on the house will be available by mid-July.  A reception and opportunity to meet the Rosalyn Rogers family (recipients of the Habitat House) will be provided at Trinity Avenue Presbyterian Church on Thursday, July 26 at 6pm.  If you would like to attend, please call Gail Reynolds (489-4974) or use the sign-up sheets at church.  By Thursday, July 18, WPC needs to know the total attending in order to plan for food and refreshments.
