Moral Decisions: What’s the Right Thing to Do?
Sundays, April 19-May 17
Facilitator: Jim Clack
9:45-10:45am, Location: 205

This Church School class will identify, study, and view different moral philosophers’ ideas and Christian views of “What’s the Right Thing to Do?” We will discuss topics like: Why be good? Is it ever permissible, and even morally appropriate, to lie? Is there anything wrong with gossip? Is it wrong to make as much money as you can? What do we owe our aging parents, if anything?

In the class you will have opportunities to share moral/ethical dilemmas you have faced and how you addressed and resolved them. Come along and enjoy the challenge and the fun.

“Being Presbyterian in the Bible Belt” will also be offered as an adult Church School elective during this term.
